Frank and Linda are a great couple! Frank is from England and Linda’s family is from Taiwan. They had a small wedding ceremony at San Francisco City Hall, with 10 of their closest family members. Everyone flew in from afar for this special day…..England, Taiwan, and Portland, Oregon. I was especially honored to photograph this wedding, knowing that Linda’s parents in Taiwan were not able to make the journey, and would be relying solely on these wedding photos as their memories.
Linda is a really interesting woman….while soft in her manner, she speaks volumes with her creative talent. Not only is she a well respected and established painter, but she also HAND MADE her own wedding dress! Now, that’s some skill!
Everyone had a great time….and even the weather of San Francisco shined on us this day. Literally! The sun was out, not a cloud or fog in the sky. To top it off, Frank and Linda rented a vintage cable car to take their wedding guests on a tour of San Francisco. After leaving San Francisco City Hall, we visited Crissy Field, Fort Point, the Palace of Fine Arts and the Embarcadero for some fun wedding photos before finally arriving at Il Forniao restaurant.
Thanks, Frank and Linda for letting me share this special day with you! Here are some of my favorite wedding photographs from the day:

I just loved how Linda’s dress looked from the back when she entered San Francisco City Hall!

The famous Rotunda of San Francisco City Hall. Stunning!

I just love the arches at the Palace of Fine Arts….makes for wonderful photographs!

This is the last shot I clicked as the cable car dropped the group off at Il Forniao for their reception dinner.
